I believe that a good sense of humor is the best way to deal with different individuals working for different companies needing each other to complete their assigned jobs for a common goal. I love the challenge of a hard project on a short deadline where a bunch of actors must come together because it’s the communication that I will bring to the table that will get the job done. When working with many groups it’s best to keep deadlines, make sure all paperwork is in and out on time, let all parties know that I am working for them and with them and together we can do this, keep our eye on the prize, and all players are of the same importance because sometimes people just want a verbal hug to get going. I consider myself a well-rounded person who has traveled the world (Navy) and lived in more than my share of culturally diverse parts of the country working with different groups from different backgrounds is something I relish.
